The service
Billionaire KYC is AI-assisted software for customer due diligence research, source-of-wealth analysis, financial calculations and report drafting. It is delivered online. We do not sell physical goods or provide brokerage, lending, money transmission, asset management or investment products through this service.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Accounts and authorized use
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the rights, permissions and lawful basis needed to upload and process client information.
Do not use the service for fraud, forged records, impersonation, unlawful surveillance or misrepresentation of a person’s finances or identity. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation or access another user’s information.
AI output and professional review
AI-generated research, data and reports can contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Check original sources, assumptions, calculations and the completed report before relying on or sharing it. A generated statement is not proof that a fact has been verified.
The service does not replace professional judgment, identity verification or your organization’s compliance procedures. It does not provide legal, tax or investment advice, or guarantee acceptance by a bank, regulator or other institution.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices are stated in USD on our pricing page. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The price and applicable charges shown at checkout govern each purchase.
Monthly plans include a weighted AI usage allowance. New AI work pauses when it is exhausted; there are no automatic overage charges. Viewing, manual editing and exports of existing work remain available. Subscriber top-ups expire at the end of the current billing period and do not roll over.
A one-time report purchase covers one client case, including its research, calculations, drafting, revisions and exports. It does not unlock other cases. The first-purchase offer is limited to one per account. Paid features become available after payment is confirmed, when checkout is enabled.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel to stop future subscription renewals. Refund requests for unused subscriptions and report purchases may be made within seven days of payment; used orders are reviewed case by case. See our refund and cancellation policy for details.
Your content
You retain your rights in the materials you submit. You authorize Phid, Inc. and the providers used to operate the service to process that material as needed to provide the features you request. Our privacy notice explains how information is handled.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of uploaded material and generated output respects other people’s rights. Generated output may not be unique.
Availability and changes
Features and availability may change, and maintenance or provider issues may interrupt service. We may restrict access to address security risks, misuse or violations of these terms. Where a service problem affects a purchase, contact us so we can review it.
